Recovery collars are made to help protect a healing site while allowing pets to carry on with everyday routines. The Katoggy inflatable collar offers an alternative to a traditional cone for dogs and cats, with a soft, cushioned shape intended to give pets room to eat, drink, rest, and move comfortably while wearing it.

How does the Katoggy collar help during recovery?

The inflatable collar is designed to help prevent pets from reaching a wound site to lick, scratch, or bite it. Its donut shape provides a barrier around the neck without covering the pet’s field of vision, and the collar is intended to let pets eat, drink, sleep, sit, lie down, and play while wearing it.

• Made as an alternative to a traditional cone.
• Designed for use during the post-surgery healing process.

How do I choose the right size and adjust the fit?

Size L is suitable for a neck circumference of 15–18 in (38.1–45.72 cm), and an adjustable Velcro strap helps secure the collar to your pet. Measure the pet’s everyday collar to guide your size choice; the large size is recommended for French bulldogs, shepherd dogs, and border collies.

• The listed fit measurement is neck circumference, not body weight.
• Designed for small, medium, and large dogs and cats; the specific measurement provided here is for size L.

How do I clean and store the inflatable collar?

A zipper opening lets you remove the inflatable PVC inner for cleaning. Wipe the inner clean, machine-wash the plush outer fabric, and deflate the collar for storage when it is not in use.

• The PVC inner and plush cover separate for cleaning.
• The deflated collar can be stored in a small space.

This collar is suited to pet owners looking for a soft, adjustable recovery barrier for a dog or cat, especially when size L’s 15–18 in neck fit is appropriate. Its inflatable PVC inner, plush cover, and removable construction support everyday recovery wear and straightforward cleaning.
