Lixit Retractable Dog Tie Out, Small Bracket Mount, 4.6 m Cable

The Lixit Retractable Dog Tie Out is a bracket-mounted tether for dogs weighing 15–30 lb (6.8–13.6 kg), with a 15-foot (4.57 m) retractable cable and a 360-degree rotating housing.

• Automatically retracting cable — stows inside the housing between uses.
• 15-foot braided, coated steel cable and 360-degree rotation — gives dogs room to move around the mounting point.
• Coverage figures are 706 square feet (65.6 m²) in the features and 707 square feet (65.7 m²) in the description; the description also gives a 30-foot (9.14 m) diameter.
• Reflective sticker on the housing — helps make the tie out visible at night to reduce tripping risk.
• Mounting bracket included — attaches to a secure surface such as a deck, porch, post, house, stairs, or RV.

This tie out is made for giving a dog a defined area to move around while the cable stays organized when not in use. Its retracting reel suits outdoor spaces where a fixed tether can otherwise leave loose cable around the mounting point. Lixit identifies LIXIT CORP - HOWARD PET as the manufacturer.

How does the Lixit Retractable Dog Tie Out work?

The cable pulls out from the reel as the dog moves and automatically rolls back into the housing when it is no longer extended. The housing rotates 360 degrees, allowing the cable to follow movement around its mount rather than remaining fixed in one direction. Its braided, coated steel cable measures 15 feet long.

• The cable is stored inside the housing between uses.
• The retractable design keeps the cable wrapped and ready for use.
