Petinstinct Extra Large Cat Litter Mat, Blue, Double-Layer Honeycomb Design

Petinstinct Extra Large Cat Litter Mat is a blue, double-layer honeycomb mat designed to catch litter around the litter box, with 46 × 26 inches (117 × 66 cm) of coverage.

• 0.35-inch (0.89 cm) extra-thick EVA — gives cats a soft surface while keeping the mat lightweight and odor-free.
• Waterproof bottom layer with sealed edges — helps keep spills and urine from seeping through to floors.
• Hundreds of anti-slip grip dots underneath — help the mat stay in place during everyday use.
• Works with clay, tofu, crystal, pine, corn, walnut, paper and other popular litter types — lets you keep your current litter choice.
• Collected litter can be emptied back into the litter box — helps reduce litter waste during cleanup.
• Rinse under running water or vacuum — gives you two ways to remove remaining litter.

Scattered litter around a litter box can mean extra floor cleanup. This mat is made to catch litter tracked out on a cat’s paws and provide a large area around and beneath the box. Its paw-friendly surface is designed to help cats adjust to using a mat, while the layered construction collects litter for easier cleanup.

How does the Petinstinct mat catch scattered litter?

The honeycomb top traps litter from your cat’s paws, and the lower layer collects the pieces that fall through. The two-layer design keeps the collected litter together so it can be emptied back into the litter box rather than swept up from the surrounding floor. The mat is designed to fit all types of litter boxes, and its extra-large format gives litter more space to land around the box.

• Designed for coverage around and beneath a litter box.
• The soft top surface is gentle on delicate paws.
• The brand says each Petinstinct product is tested for 1,000+ hours.

Can I use this mat with my cat’s litter?

Yes, the Petinstinct cat litter mat is designed to work with common litter varieties, including clay, tofu, crystal, pine, corn, walnut and paper. Its litter-trapping function is intended for use with these different types, so you can use it with your preferred litter without changing the litter itself.

• Suitable for the listed popular litter types and other popular varieties.
• The litter-catching surface collects particles tracked out on paws.
• Choose it for use around a litter box, not as a litter tray or replacement for litter.

How do I clean the Petinstinct cat litter mat?

For everyday cleanup, lift or empty the collected litter back into the litter box. To remove remaining litter, vacuum the mat or rinse it under running water. The waterproof bottom layer and sealed edges help protect the floor from liquids, including spills and urine leaks, while the underside’s grip dots help limit shifting during daily use.

• Return collected litter to the box to help reduce waste.
• Vacuum or rinse for a deeper clean.
• Made from lightweight EVA and designed to stand up to daily scratching and biting.

The Petinstinct Extra Large Cat Litter Mat suits cat owners who want broad litter-catching coverage, a softer surface underfoot and a simple way to gather scattered litter for cleanup. Its blue, double-layer design combines a honeycomb top with a waterproof lower layer, making it a practical fit for use around a cat litter box.
